Central Park is an ongoing mixed use development of commercial office space, a hotel, restaurant and a large residential development located around public open spaces and a pedestrian boulevard.A hotel and four office buildings have been completed to date


(Blocks B,C and D) and Block E which is the new Vodafone Headquarters building in Ireland. Residential Blocks K,L & F are currently under construction and offers 460 apartments in 9 to 16 stories in seven blocks over retail and a multi level below ground car park.


This development maximises the benefits of good links to the Luas and existing local road infrastructure.
