On behalf of the Dublin Airport Authority, Henry J. Lyons & Partners Architects have prepared a masterplan for the non operational lands in Dublin Airport and it’s environs. The lands benefit from close proximity to the M1 motorway and Dublin City Centre.
The lands are considered to be of strategic importance within the contexts of the future development at the airport as ‘gateway’ to Dublin City and the greater metropolitan area. Development comprises of Hotels, Office Parks, Industrial Units, Transport Termini, Underground Multi-storey car park and surface carpark and New Mono Rail System.
